Privacy notice

Agent Checkup tests the AI agents in online stores' website chats. This notice explains what personal information we handle, why, and how you can see or delete it.
Who we are
Agent Checkup is run by Egor Alekseev, who is responsible for the information described here. Contact: egor@getagentcheckup.com.
What we collect
- When you use the request form: your name, work email, website and anything you write in the message.
- When we contact you about your business: your name, job title, company and work email address, taken from public sources such as company pages, vendor case studies and press releases, and from Hunter.io, a business email directory.
- When we exchange emails: the content of that correspondence.
- When you visit this site: our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, to run business correspondence about our audits, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or build profiles of visitors.

Each service handles the information under its own privacy terms. We share it with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Business contact details and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last exchange. If you ask us not to write again, we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so that we don't.
Your choices
- Stop our emails: reply "no" to any of them, and we won't write again.
- See or delete your information: email egor@getagentcheckup.com. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not track visitors across other sites, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals differently.
Audit results
An audit report goes only to the company it describes. We never publish audits of real companies without their consent; examples on this site are anonymized.
Changes
If this notice changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
